Tucked into the serene beauty of Tulameen, BC — about 4 hours east of Vancouver and 2 hours west of Kelowna — Wild Heart Spirit Heart offers a retreat experience where comfort meets the restorative energy of nature. Our charming cottages invite you to unwind in “glamping” style, with cozy home-style amenities, while being fully immersed in forest, gardens, and sacred spaces designed to nourish your heart and soul.
The property features:
- Meditation gardens, labyrinth, chakra gardens, Kwan Yin space, the Earth vortex, and the Rose Cottage
- Pond, waterfall, and pergola for shared outdoor dining with a fireplace
- Unique outdoor treehouse showers
- Plant-based, organic meals crafted with love, using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients — many grown right here on the property

Wild Heart Spirit Heart is located in Tulameen, BC — about 4 hours east of Vancouver via Highway 3, and 2 hours west of Kelowna via Highway 97C (the Okanagan Connector).

If you need transportation, we can assist with arranging carpooling with other guests or private transport for an additional fee – more information in Transportation & Arrival Support section.
Our retreat centre is nestled in a rural landscape, and whenever possible we lovingly encourage carpooling among guests as a way to reduce costs and our environmental footprint.
In rare situations—when carpooling is not available or when a guest feels more comfortable with a private arrangement—we may be able to offer limited private pickup by a member of our team.
This is not a transportation service. When private pickup is provided, we ask for a simple fuel contribution to help cover gas costs.

Availability is limited and offered only when needed. If multiple guests arrive on the same flight, fuel contributions may be shared.
We are always happy to help explore carpooling options first and support you in finding the most easeful way to arrive.
All cottages are designed to offer comfort, connection, and tranquility.
Inside your cottage:

Included in your stay:
- Orientation tour and welcome
- Three daily plant-based organic meals
- Water, tea, and coffee throughout the day
- Daily guided yoga, meditation, breathwork or mindful movement sessions
- Open access to all Wild Heart gardens
- Free parking
Our cottages are intentionally free from electricity, TVs, fans, or Wi-Fi — creating space for presence and connection. Solar lights and flashlights illuminate the property at night. Limited Wi-Fi is available in social areas, if needed.
All meals are plant-based, organic, seasonal, and lovingly prepared to nourish both body and spirit. Meals are shared in community, fostering connection as much as sustenance.
Please inform us in advance of allergies or dietary restrictions — we can accommodate common preferences, though highly restrictive diets (FODMAP, Keto, Paleo, Atkins) are not compatible with our culinary philosophy.

Our retreats are intimate, with 2–9 guests per retreat, allowing for meaningful connections and personalized attention.
The smaller group size fosters a sense of trust and community, encourages deeper reflection, and provides a more nurturing, supported environment to fully relax and engage with the experience.

To make the most of your time at Wild Heart Spirit Heart, we recommend:
- A variety of clothes for both warm days and cool evenings
- Comfortable walking shoes, warm socks and slip-on shoes for indoors
- A sun hat, natural sunscreen, and insect repellent
- Earth friendly toiletries
- Flashlight or headlamp for evening walks
- A journal for reflection and insights
- Non-violence: Guests are asked to honor the land, its creatures, and each other. No animal products are permitted.
- Smoking: Smoking and e-cigarettes are prohibited on the property.
- Guests & Children: Cottages are ideally suited for singles or couples. Children under 16 are not permitted.
A $250 deposit per person is required to hold your space and is non-refundable. If you pay in full, $250 of your payment is retained as the deposit.
Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable, as we begin preparing your experience and incur costs to create your stay. Refunds or adjustments are not provided for late arrivals, early departures, or travel delays.
