Please note that once you have booked a Retreat or Garden Stay with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your stay two weeks before your check-in day, you will get a full refund. If you cancel your stay one week before your check-in day, you will get a 40% refund.
To avoid a cancellation fee, you can also pass on your stay to a friend.
