Full payment is required to secure your booking unless otherwise specified.
Refund policy for 3 & 5-Night retreats
A full refund of your booking payment will be given if the booking is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date, minus a 5% administrative fee on the total booking cost.
Within 0-29 days, there will be no refunds for cancellations and changes cannot be made to the booking.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the guest to schedule travel and plan accordingly to arrive on time. There shall be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, as well as travel delays or any force majeure conditions
We wish we could compensate guests for unforeseen circumstances, but we have incurred expenses.
Refund policy for for 1-Day retreats
Refunds are available up to 10 days prior to the retreat. Within 10 days of the retreat, your ticket is not refundable but is transferable one time to another date or another guest.
